But why haven’t they signed any of them?
Did they all price themselves out of the Seahawks range? Possibly.
Does the team LOVE Patrick Lewis and Alvin Bailey that much? Doubtful.
Will replacements for Carp and Unger come from the end of the team’s roster or practice squad? (Shameless plug alert!!!) Read this to explore that question.
Or what if John Schneider, Pete Carroll and the Hawks scouting staff simply agree that this year’s draft class offers enough options to fill those spots immediately, cheaply and for the long-term?
And what if they aren’t necessarily targeting Guards and Centers, but Tackles?
It’s a theory worth looking into…………
Let’s look at two ideas.
