Punters aren’t known for being great athletes, but Jon Ryan is definitely the exception. He’s completely ripped, and ready to prove he’s one of the top athletes in the nation. Samantha Pell has all the details on his big test coming up on Monday.

Speaking of Jon Ryan. He tweeted out some pics of him training for that show and looking really buff. Too buff according the NFL, which decided to “randomly” show up and give him a drug test the next day.
How Seattle’s defense could look different under Kris Richard (My Northwest)
The Seahawks have a new defensive coordinator. While Pete Carroll is the architect of the defense, he doesn’t call the players. Carroll is the big picture guy, and leaves the details to his DC. So while it is unlikely that we see a drastic change in Seattle’s defense, some aspects of the scheme are bound to change in 2015.
