Seattle Seahawks: What’s their worst-case scenario?
By Dan Viens
The Seahawks are a run-first team. The Seahawks are smash mouth. Everything they do is based off of the running game and play action. They’ve won one Super Bowl and nearly another with a “pedestrian” group of WR’s. It worked, because of the Lynch-led rushing attack and the dynamic playmaking of Wilson.

And then they went out and traded for Jimmy Graham and drafted explosive WR Tyler Lockett, while handing Wilson elite QB money.
Will Pete Carroll and Darrell Bevel feel the need to change what they’re doing on offense? Will they feel compelled to open it up more and get away from Lynch and the zone-read attack? We all saw how uncomfortable Bevell seemed to be when Percy Harvin was healthy last season before he was essentially released. He was trying too hard to fit him in and cater the offense to him. Will try too often to force the ball to Graham, or throw it on obvious running downs?
If they over think it, it could be a frustrating year on offense.
