The Seattle Seahawks offensive line struggles have been well publicized throughout the preseason. Tom Cable has reshuffled the offensive line several times throughout the season and claims that he’s found the right combination.
Cable had better be right because he is facing arguably the best front seven in the NFL.
Last year Russell Wilson was hit 94 times, which was 11th most in the NFL. While Wilson is certainly one of the premier escape artists in the league, his magic tricks won’t fool Robert Quinn, Aaron Donald, Michael Brockers and Chris Long for a whole game.
And even though Seattle added weapons like Tyler Lockett and Jimmy Graham, the offense won’t be able to use them if Russell Wilson isn’t on his feet to pick apart St. Louis’ subpar secondary.
