Green Bay cannot stop the run

The Packers gave up 189 yards on the ground in Week 1 to the Bears. Matt Forte ran wild in that game, and looked almost completely unstoppable. This is the same Matt Forte that averaged only 3.9 yards per carry last season and is now 30 years old.

And it isn’t like the Bears have a great offensive line. That is a unit that is average at best and of often barely mediocre.

So an old declining RB with a poor offensive line went for almost 200 yards against the Pack last Sunday. That is clearly good news for a Seattle team whose offense relies heavily on Marshawn Lynch.
