Stock Down – Michael Bennett

The bicycle enthusiast was very effective last week in St. Louis, but he fell flat Sunday night in Green Bay. Michael Bennett finished with decent numbers, as he tallied a pair of tackles and 1 sack. However, he made multiple mental miscues that really hurt the team.

Bennett jumped offside three separate times in the first half, twice on the opening drive alone. Two of the three times led to big plays, including James Jones‘ touchdown in the first quarter.

These kinds of penalties were a common occurrence for Bennett when he played in Tampa Bay. Obviously, he will need to play with more discipline this week against the Chicago Bears.
