A win is a win
This game was ugly. The offense did very little. The defense was lucky that Matt Cassel was in there and not a competent QB.
Even the special teams struggled. Seattle got caught with 12 on the field early in the game and got bailed out by the refs. They had a field goal blocked. Even Tyler Lockett’s big punt return got called back because of a penalty.
In the end, the only thing that matters is the W.
An ugly win sure beats a pretty loss. The Seahawks are back to 4-4. They enter their bye week in great position to make a run at the playoffs.
Now they need to use the time off to get healthy and get that the blocking fixed.
