CHRISTINE MICHAEL

Against the Browns, the Return Of Christine Michael looked like one of those rare successful sequels. He was so unimpressive in his first two years with the team that they traded him before the season opener, but ran hard and looked inspired in the Cleveland game just a week after the team brought him back.

Last week, however, mostly invisible…..just 6 carries for 6 yards.

The team liked him enough three years ago to make him a second round pick in the draft, then enough to give him another chance. With most (me included) assuming that this is the last season we’ll see Marshawn Lynch as a Seahawk, Michael may have a chance to be in the 2016 backfield mix with a good showing.

This could be his last opportunity to make an impression with the possibility that Lynch may return from injury just in time for the playoffs next week.
