Overall, I like the way this draft worked out. Trading down  in round 1 allowed the Seahawks to get two Day 1 starters, and 2 more that could be starters down the road. After that there were plenty of interesting pieces that will fit right into Seattle’s roster building philosophy.

Next: How does Okung's departure change the draft?

It certainly isn’t a perfect draft though by any means. There’s no RB, and I think it is highly unlikely that the Seahawks don’t grab one to back up Rawls. There also isn’t a safety or an edge pass rusher.

Still, I like how things fell early in the draft. Solidifying both the offensive and defensive lines will be a very important part of this year’s draft, and it feels like this group of players will definitely help
