4) Braxton Miller, WR, Ohio State

Calling Miller a WR is generous. He’s an athlete, and a damn good one, but he is about as unrefined as he could possible be. Miller only has 25 career receptions, and 14 of those were caught behind the line of scrimmage.

Miller had an extremely remedial route tree, and his routes lack any subtly whatsoever. He is a major project, and one that likely won’t see major results on the field for at least a full season.

Miller needs to go to a team where he can return punts and kicks as a rookie to justify his roster spot. With Tyler Lockett and Paul Richardson already here, Miller won’t find that situation in Seattle.
