The Seahawks are at least not losing more players heading into their final regular season game of 2017. At least, it seems that way. Seattle must win on Sunday. Here is who is going to play and who isn’t against the Cardinals.

Out

Nazair Jones will not play. Neither will D.J. Alexander. Jones, a productive rookie defensive lineman, will miss his fifth straight game this week. He has been dealing with an injured ankle that simply will not allow him to play.

Alexander is going through concussion protocol and will not be available against Arizona. He has been a good special teams player this season and will be missed in that role.

Questionable

I silently laugh (because you are reading this and cannot hear me) that Bobby Wagner is listed as questionable. Can you imagine Seattle trying to keep Wagner from playing? The linebacker is still dealing with a hamstring injury, but he will be playing Sunday. Guaranteed.

Tight ends Nick Vannett (back) and Luke Willson (ankle) have missed parts of practice this week. Willson is a game-time decision, according to coach Pete Carroll, after turning his ankle in practice. Carroll said the sprain was “minor,” though. Both should play against the Cardinals.

While Luke Joeckel has been dealing with a foot injury for a while now, Carroll said “he’s fine.” Joeckel will play this week.

Other than that, all other players for Seattle should be ready to go. Except, of course, Richard Sherman and Kam Chancellor and Cliff Avril. You remember those guys, right? They are the ones that if Seattle had had all season the Seahawks would probably have already clinched a playoff spot.
