The Seahawks need to sign Frank Clark to a long-term extension. But Clark might be as entertaining on Twitter as he is on the field.

The Seahawks have a fairly long history of players that speak their mind. Recently, though, Seattle has had outspoken Richard Sherman, Michael Bennett and Doug Baldwin play for them. Frank Clark isn’t afraid to let us know what he is thinking as well. And that is a good thing.

Take his comments about some players missing the Pro Bowl, for instance.

But at the same time, Clark isn’t afraid to show he is a real person with real pain. Clark lost family members to a house fire in 2018. Instead of hiding the universe from his emotions, Clark barred them.

Still, Clark knows, just like every 12 knows, he must get paid this offseason. The Seahawks need to do the right thing and sign him. Some players Seattle might choose to let leave as they have depth at positions where keeping their own is not overly important. Defensive end is not one of them. And as Clark tweets…
