Seahawks versus Chargers: How to watch and listen to preseason game 3

The Seahawks have now moved on to preseason game 3 of 2019. This week they play the Chargers and here is how to watch, listen and interact with fellow 12s.

The Seahawks have moved on to their third meaningless game of 2019. Preseason football is a bit exhausting as we mostly get to see a lot of players running around who are not going to make any team’s roster. 12s will get to see a bit of Russell Wilson tonight but who knows for how long?

The Chargers are likely to play presumed backups for nearly all the game so we aren’t going to learn a lot about how good Wilson’s rapport is with his young receivers. Wilson and his receivers should throw and catch passes consistently well against second- and third-teamers. We won’t see how good they are against top end talent until week one of the regular season probably.

Hopefully starting running back Chris Carson won’t play much, if at all. There is no need to risk him to injury. Plus, Rashaad Penny needs to show what he can do behind some of the first-team offensive linemen. Penny needs to be good or Seattle will not reach its offensive potential this year.
