Russell Wilson is unstoppable

Who would have thought the Seattle Seahawks would depend on their offense?? Typically, they depend on their defense and call upon Russ to fix everything before it is too late. This year, the flip has switched and it is safe to say the Seahawks are allowing Russ “to cook”.

My god, this offense is explosive. If only the Seattle Seahawks adopted this philosophy earlier in the decade. I will say though, it is very important to be able to establish the run as it allows them to run “a 4-minute offense” when called upon in the fourth quarter.

Again, the Seahawks rushed for over 100 yards last week and Russell Wilson was, well, Russell Wilson. People can rave about the good play from Aaron Rodgers, Kyler Murray and Josh Allen, but none of them are close to playing at the level of Wilson.

The Seahawks punted 7 times in their victory over the Dallas Cowboys and yet they were still able to score 38 points. In fact, they should have had 45 points if it wasn’t for the bonehead mistake made by DK Metcalf. We are used to watching a Seattle team that relies on their offense to come back in the second half and keep them in the game. So far this season, we are seeing a Seahawks team that is leading in the scoreboard pretty much throughout the whole game.

Russell Wilson and Tyler Lockett were unbelievable yesterday:

This offense is playing with the sense of urgency that Wilson asked for in the offseason. They are playing aggressive and striking early in the game, and they are not taking their foot off the gas pedal as the game progresses. Wilson once again proved yesterday why he is the best fourth quarter QB in the entire league. After Dallas takes the lead late in the game, they march right down the field and Wilson hits Metcalf on a beautiful throw on 3rd and 3 that results in a touchdown.

If the Seahawks defense can pick up the play and get healthy, they will be a very hard time to beat.
