Seahawks fans react on Twitter to Seattle’s winning play
By Lee Vowell
This is how 12s reacted on Twitter to the Seahawks late touchdown to win in week five.
The Seahawks defeated the Vikings 27-26 in week five on a late touchdown pass from Russell Wilson to D.K. Metcalf. Seattle really had very little business winning as they were dominated except for about 4 minutes of the game, but still. This is Seahawks football, right?
After the game, I tweeted a simple question and these are some of the responses 12s had.
This is one of my favorite responses because it nearly perfectly sums up what being a fan is all about. We will sacrifice something of our own lives to follow the team we love.
I am just guessing Depressed Clippers Fan has to be a coach. While the rest of us were reacting emotionally, Mr. Depressed (calling him “Mr.” due to the chucki part of his handle) was simply thinking ahead of how Seattle can make it more difficult for the Vikings to get a lead on their next drive.
Too much time left?

This is exactly what I thought.
Yes.
Yes again.
Ones that made me laugh
I have looked at this reaction several times. Always makes me chuckle.
I think this was my exact reaction while jumping off my couch.
And then I did have to take a walk after the game so that my heart would slow down.
Can’t we just have an easy Seahawks game?
I don’t know about you, 12s, but these games over the last few years having taken weeks off my life. And at least Seattle is winning most of the time. Can you imagine these games if the Seahawks lost most of them?
I hope you didn’t, DK Metcalf Hype. Hopefully, no one did.
I am pretty sure I screamed these exact words before the Seahawks scored their last touchdown.
