The Seahawks will gain more yards rushing than passing

Seattle is about to start a stretch of four games where Chris Carson and Carlos Hyde and company need to stay healthy because they should be counted on to grind out yards and lead Seattle to victories. Doing so will only help Russell Wilson too. If teams have to account for the running backs, Wilson should have even more room to work with.

And while Carson may have missed every game since week 7, he is returning at possibly the best time. The Eagles have allowed a 30th-worst 15 touchdowns allowed rushing so far in 2020. Philadelphia has given up 133.4 yards a game to opposing rushing attacks which is 25th-worst. Teams also have run 315 times against Philadelphia, tied for most in the NFL.

This means teams feel like they can run well against the Eagles and usually do so. Since week 5, the Eagles have allowed at least 133 yards a game rushing and allowed 151 yards or more three times.

Wilson will still make throws and hit three big passes, but at the end of the game Carson will have had his first 100-yard rushing game of the season and Hyde will add 60 more and Seattle will control the pace of the game.
