Seahawks vs. NFC West

Los Angeles Rams – 2 Losses.

I’m predicting that the Seahawks go 0-2 against the Rams this season. Even with Russell Wilson under center, the team never could sweep Los Angeles. Coming off their Super Bowl win, I think the Rams will be great again in 2022 and would be surprised if Drew Lock or Geno Smith is able to pull off an upset against them.

San Francisco 49ers – 1 Win, 1 Loss.

The Seahawks will go 1-1 against the 49ers in 2022. Pete Carroll seems to have Kyle Shanahan’s number. The Seahawks have won 18 of their last 20 games against Frisco! I’m not counting on the offense to be able to put big numbers up on the 49ers’ great defense, but I will count on Carroll pulling one win from this series in 2022.

Arizona Cardinals – 1 Win, 1 Loss.

Same here.  Seahawks go 1-1 against Arizona.  If the Hawks are lucky, they’ll get a matchup against the Cards while Deandre Hopkins is suspended. Kyler Murray is unreliable, especially when he gets banged up. The Seahawks should just hope not to have to face Colt McCoy again in 2022, as he beat them in Lumen Field in 2020 (with the Giants) and again last season with the Cardinals.
