Geno will lead the Seahawks to a victory

This is how I see the game unfolding. The Raiders are going to grind out the game on offense and will give 12s a bit of PTSD, especially through the first three quarters, of picking up first downs on third-and-long. They will keep drives alive but most of their drives will turn into field goals and not touchdowns. Las Vegas will go into the half with a 16-10 lead and will lead time of possession by about 7 minutes.

The Seahawks, however, will score touchdowns on their first two drives of the second half, however. They will both be quick scores with Geno Smith hitting DK Metcalf three times on gains of 30 yards or more and mingling in some chunk gains by Ken Walker on the ground and the tight ends through the air.

The Raiders will kick a field goal early in the fourth quarter to make the score 24-19 with a bit over 12 minutes left. After Jason Myers makes a 51-yard field goal Seattle will lead 27-19 with about 8 minutes left. Las Vegas will get the ball back but a strip-sack by Darrell Taylor will give Seattle the ball back on the Raiders’ 45 and Geno Smith will hit DK Metcalf for a touchdown. With 7 minutes left, Seattle will lead 34-19.

dark. Next. 4 Seahawks who shouldn't return in 2023

The Raiders will then dink and dunk their way down the field and score a touchdown with a bit under 2 minutes left but the 2-point conversion will fail. Seattle will cover the onside kick and with the Raiders out of timeouts, Geno Smith will take a knee to run out of the clock and Seattle will move to 7-4 with a 34-25 victory over Las vegas.
