Nate was born in the great Northwest near Seattle, WA. At the age of 9, he moved to lovely Southern California. It was there that he developed a passion for the game of tennis. In the past, Nate has covered high school football, basketball, and baseball for a local paper in the Los Angeles area. He is now a high school teacher in Temple City, CA. He also coaches a successful high school tennis program.
