Seattle Seahawks inactives versus the Arizona Cardinals in Week 7

Seattle will once again be short-handed along the offensive line as well as be without DK Metcalf.

The Seattle Seahawks have missed key players all season long. That changes in Week 7, though. Seattle is fairly healthy facing the Arizona Cardinals. The offensive line once again is in rough shape, though. Also, the team is still without right tackle Abraham Lucas, though they have gotten used to being without him since he was hurt in Week 1.

Only five Seahawks were on Friday's injury report and all five were listed as questionable. Seattle will definitely get left guard Damien Lewis back and that should be a boon to a unit that struggled in Week 6. But Seattle won't have center Evan Brown or right guard Phil Haynes so Seattle will be really young along the offensive line with Olu Oluwatimi and Anthony Bradford starting.

Seattle also has the key pieces of its secondary healthy for the second straight game. The group that includes Devon Witherspoon, Riq Woolen, Jamal Adams, Quandre Diggs, Tre Brown, and Julian Love played like one of the best secondaries in the league against the Cincinnati Bengals and that was the first time they had played together in a real game. My point being they could have a big impact in Week 7 against a Cardinals team that isn't as good as Cincinnati.

None of the players listed on the injury report were members of the secondary. It's nice to have positives.

Receiver DK Metcalf was listed as questionable on Friday as well, and he did miss a couple of practices during the week but ever since he injured his ribs in Week 2 he has missed practices each week. Metcalf, though, will not play in Week 7. Maybe Seattle wants to rest him a bit for the rest of the year and help him get over his injuries. That's being positive.

The Cardinals still won't have quarterback Kyler Murray for Week 7 as he hasn't been able to come back from a knee injury he suffered in 2022. That said, Arizona quarterback Josh Dobbs hasn't been terrible this year.
