Losers of four-straight -- and now five-straight to the San Francisco 49ers -- the Seattle Seahawks truly find themselves bordering on a collapse. Despite all the talent on this roster, they have struggled to piece together a complete game all throughout the year. The inconsistency of the Seattle Seahawks has been the story thus far. However, their story of this season remains unfinished. With just a handful of games left, Seattle needs to turn the page and close out nearly perfect if they want any shot of making the playoffs.

The dominant 49ers were the first team to clinch a playoff spot after Week 14. In doing so, they regained the number 1 seed in the NFC. The questions surrounding this team have suddenly diminished as they've morphed back into old form. Playing great football on both sides of the ball has many believing the NFC and Super Bowl for that matter, are the 49ers to lose.

For the remainder of the division, the Rams three-game winning streak was snapped in Baltimore despite a valiant effort. It was quiet an impressive offensive performance on the road for Matthew Stafford and company. As for Arizona, they come off the bye week looking to re-capture some of the momentum that was established after beating Pittsburgh in Week 13.

Week 15 NFC West standings: Seattle Seahawks look to savor season in primetime

. 10-3. 49ers Week 15 Rank. 42. . 1. . . .

The San Francisco 49ers are a complete football team. They almost resemble an orchestra, perfectly in sync, flowing and feeding off each other. Brock Purdy has silenced the majority of his doubters as he continues to climb the MVP ladder. Answering questions about his deep ball ability was on display as he showed great anticipation with his throws in the win over the Seahawks. As it currently stands, San Francisco controls its own destiny. If they win out, the NFC playoffs will run through Santa Clara. Next on the list for them is divisional rival, Arizona.

Rams Week 15 Rank. 6-7. . 51. . 2. . . .

With just over a month left of football, the Los Angeles Rams are primed to make a run for a Wild Card spot. Despite the loss to Baltimore, their remaining schedule seems pretty favorable. On top of that, they seemed to have solved their offensive line issues. The Ravens have one of the most productive defensive fronts in the NFL and the Rams not only hung 31 points on them but were a stop away from winning the game. The 2023 NFL Draft has served them well as they continue to find offensive gems throughout the season. However, they need to be careful this weekend against the Washington Commanders.

For the first time in the Pete Carroll era, the Seattle Seahawks have lost four straight games. On Monday Night Football against a reeling Philadelphia Eagles team, Seattle is presented with an opportunity to get back on track. The Eagles defense is predicated on sacking the quarterback. If the Seahawks' offensive line can give adequate protection, then they should be able to move the ball against a struggling secondary. However, it is going to take a complete performance in all three phases of the game in order for the Seahawks to get a much-needed win.

4. . . 32. Cardinals Week 15 Rank. . . . . 3-10

Currently holding the 3rd overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, the Arizona Cardinals are playing with house money. With a win this week, in the worst case, they have the potential to fall to the 4th overall pick. Nonetheless, they are given the opportunity to see how far they actually are from the top dog in the San Francisco 49ers. Is there any potential for a letdown game for the 49ers riding a five-game winning streak? Maybe. All I know is the Cardinals are going to try everything in their power to stop Christain McCaffrey, who scored 4 touchdowns in their first matchup. Regardless of the outcome, the expectations for Arizona do not change.
