Marshawn Lynch will be in Beast Mode for the Seahawks on opening day against the Green Bay Packers!

Though I will admit that my confidence on this one is not as high as it was a few days ago, I still think the Seahawks brass and Marshawn will come to an agreement.

They both simply need each other too much. However, I don’t see GM John Schneider being willing to set a precedence by renegotiating the size of his deal.

Instead, I think that he will ultimately agree to re-structuring his contract a bit in order to further front-load the remaining amount. Both Robert Turbin and Christine Michael are talented backs, but they simply can’t fill the void that would be left by Lynch.

In fact, there are very few backs in the entire league that could.
