2 and 3.  Angry Doug Baldwin and Jermaine Kearse

Congrats Doug, you’re now the #1 WR on the defending Super Bowl champion Seahawks. Kearse, you’re numero dos.

Harvin’s departure means more opportunities for Baldwin and Kearse immediately. Harvin was often injured, but he commanded a lot of attention and warranted consideration from Wilson. Through five games, Harvin had 26 targets. That’s more than Baldwin (25) and Kearse (19). – Bleacher Report

Golden Tate probably left in the offseason because of Percy Harvin, or at least partly because of him. Reports are coming out that Harvin punched Tate in the face sometime during the playoffs and gave the new Detroit Lion a black eye before the Super Bowl. Who’d want to be be in the same locker room with a guy like that?

Those events led up to today. The day that the “pedestrian” wideout can call himself the team’s number one receiving target.  Subtract all that attention that Harvin commanded from Russell Wilson on passing plays and Baldwin and the rest of the receivers should see many more targets from here on out.
