4. Christine Michael

If the team refocuses itself on the run game with Lynch and Robert Turbin getting more carries, we’ll finally get our 2014 debut of second-year RB Christine Michael.

Michael is finally healthy after recovering from a hamstring injury that had sidelined him until last week. Even then he was a healthy scratch against the Cowboys.

Expect the Seahawks’ second round selection and first overall pick in the 2013 draft (they didn’t have a first round pick because they traded it to acquire Percy Harvin) to finally see some game action in St. Louis.

Michael has 18 career carries for 79 yards and should surpass both those numbers this season, again, thanks to the Percy Harvin trade.
