Nose Tackle

Starter: Jarran Reed

Backup: Jordan Hill

Rookie Jarran Reed has some massive shoes to fill. With Brandon Mebane now in San Diego, Reed will need to be ready to contribute right away.

The Seahawks like to keep only one true nose tackle on the roster. Behind Reed will be a pass rusher like Jordan Hill.

Hill is essentially useless against the run, so if Reed is injured or shows he’s not ready to be the full-time NT, the Seahawks will have to juggle the roster slightly to get another big body in uniform.
