Seahawks vs Dolphins: 5 takeaways from Seattle’s sloppy win

3. This O-line is as bad as we expected

Bradley Sowell was terrible. He was as bad out there and Paul McQuistan was when he was in there. Calling him a turnstile would be an insult to turnstiles. He also added three penalties, as if he inability to block wasn’t bad enough.

Gary Gilliam and J’Marcus Webb weren’t as bad as Sowell, but it would be a lie to say that either played well. Both were dominated by Dolphins defenders.

Mark Gowinski played well for the most part. He had one bad play that resulted in a fumble. The rest of the game was a solid performance by Glow.

I should also add that Justin Britt played well. That might even be underselling it for him. After being fairly terrible the last two seasons, Britt deserves some props for finally becoming a guy the Seahawks can count on.
