Your Seattle Seahawks could still make the playoffs in 2022. The formula is so easy too! Seattle just needs to win their final two games, hope the Packers lose one and the Commanders lose one. All that is certainly possible. It just needs to happen.

But for all that to happen, at least as far as Seattle goes, Geno Smith must limit his turnovers and the Seahawks’ offense needs to find some balance by getting productive yards from running back Ken Walker III. Defensively for Seattle, they just cannot – please for the love of all things holy! – let the Jets quarterback look anything like a real NFL QB. Seattle needs to keep the Jets at 15 points or less.

New York has a very good defense. It wouldn’t take much for New York to score just enough to defeat Seattle. But let’s hope Seattle’s offense reverts back to the way it looked for most of the first nine games or so. If Seattle gets to 24 points, they will win and keep their playoff hopes alive.

Per BetSided, the Jets (seriously) are favored by -1.5. Seattle is the home team but New York seems to be getting a lot of betting traction because of, yes, Mike White. Mike White, the quarterback, and not the guy who created The White Lotus.

Seattle’s game will be broadcast on FOX at 1:05 p.m. PST/4:05 p.m. EST. The TV coverage team for the game will be as follows: Play-by-play by Chris Myers with Robert Smith (not the guy from The Cure because that would be too awesome) as the analyst. The sidelines reporter will be Jen Hale.

At home versus the Los Angeles Rams in Week 18 with a date and time to be determined. Likely, this game will take place on January 8th. As difficult as it might be to believe, this is the last regular season game. And possibly the end of Seattle’s season altogether.
