The Seattle Seahawks always appear to have issues with the Los Angeles Rams. Even before Sean McVay went to coach LA in 2017, the Rams always seemed to steal a game from Seattle most seasons. Then McVay arrived and the Rams basically dominated the Seahawks for several years.

McVay holds a 9-5 record against Pete Carroll. Maybe McVay's offensive system is just a bad matchup for Seattle's defense, but mostly the Rams' defense has just been better than the Seahawks' offense. Seattle did have 438 total yards in one of their victories over the Rams last year, but Los Angeles suffered a multitude of injuries last season and were a diminished team.

Defensively, however, the Rams aren't overly good in 2023. They are 23rd in yards per play allowed and have created only 8 turnovers, 29th in the league. Geno Smith and the Seahawks offense should be able to score enough points to win. But we thought that in Week 1 as well.

All you need to know about the Seattle Seahawks vs. Los Angeles Rams in Week 11

When and where

Week 11 takes place on Sunday, November 19 at 1:25 pm PT. The game takes place at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California (that's close to Los Angeles), of course. Tickets are still available.

Weather

The weather, per usual, should not be an issue in the LA area. The temperatures are expected to be in the lower 70s, with zero percent chance of precipitation. The wind will get up to 16 MPH, though, so maybe that could be a problem at times.

Injuries

Injuries should not be a problem for either team entering the game. To start the week, Seattle had five players miss practice, but three of them were just to rest. The other two, Tyler Lockett (hamstring) and Colby Parkinson (biceps), have had their issues for a bit and both played in Week 10.

Right tackle Abraham Lucas (knee), who hasn't played since Week 1, was activated to practice this week, but whether he plays in Week 10 remains to be seen. Most likely, Lucas will get acclimated this week and play beginning in Week 11.

The Rams had no players miss practice to begin the week. Plus, they are expected to get QB1 Matthew Stafford back. Los Angeles also has had receiver Cooper Kupp return since Seattle and Los Angeles played in Week 1.

TV, radio, and streaming

The game will be broadcast on CBS (KIRO 7 in Seattle). Play-by-play will be done by Andrew Catalon and Tiki Barber will fill in with commentary. AJ Ross will be the sidelines reporter.

If you would rather listen to the game instead of hear the TV broadcast, you can tune in to the Seahawks radio team, Steve Raible, Dave Wyman, and Jen Mueller, at Seattle Sports 710 AM and KIRO Newsradio 97.3. You can also hear the game on Sports USA (Larry Kahn and Alex Mack will be the broadcast team there). And Sirius XM channels 158 and 381 will also broadcast the game.

You can stream the game locally at Seahawks.com and on the Seahawks Mobile App. If you live internationally, you can catch the game with NFL Game Pass International. An NFL+ subscription will allow you to watch the game on replay.
