4. The offensive line now an injured mess

Seattle’s putrid offensive line had been the story of the season so far. They were slightly better today, but much of that can be attributed to the quality of the competition. Now the unit is going to be forced to deal with a number of minor injuries.

Center Patrick Lewis was the first to go down. He sprained an ankle and did not return.

Justin Britt also injured an ankle. He missed most of Seattle’s last drive, but returned for the final Rawls run and the victory formation snaps.

J.R. Sweezy went down as well. He returned after just one play, but had a noticeable limp when he was running back on the field.

This group isn’t good when it is healthy. Having a bunch of them banged up isn’t going to help the Seahawks’ offense find its footing for the stretch run.
