Why cannot Seattle cover a tight end?

Why is this something that the Seahawks haven’t been able to figure out all season? Every time an opponent needs a big play, they get it by completing a pass to a tight end.

Greg Olsen had 6 catches for 77 yards and a TD. Erik Dicksson added two more for 22 yards. Carolina TEs accounted for six first downs, and were instrumental in Carolina’s ability to run out the clock and prevent Seattle from completing the comeback.

This has been a issue all year. The coaches must get it figured out before next season. Clearly the scheme needs adjusting, because this is a weakness that isn’t going to go away on its own.
